It is a SOLID, well built unit. The pre-filter can be washed out, so no replacing filters. I get more suds in the shower, and my skin doesnt itch after a shower like it did before. Overall it appears to be working well after the first week and we will see how it works over time.

Wish I would have had this installed years ago, right after installation I could tell the difference in the water, no impurities and rust. I highly recommend this filter system.

This filter is of excellent quality with thick, sturdy brass construction. The clear housing allows you to visually see how dirty the filter is and determine when cleaning is needed. No leakage, worth every penny. If you're looking for a sediment filter, this is it !

So far so good and glad that I bought this. High quality filter easy to install with basic plumbing skills. It helps protect the whole house filter since it catches some of the sediment before the water goes into the filter. Easy to rinse and clean.
